Since 1991 TMS Support Solutions Ltd (TMS) has been providing Technical Documentation (TD) at competitive costs for manufacturers in both the Defence and Commercial sectors around the world.

TMS is experienced in all recognised TD specifications for both military Land, Sea and Air systems, accommodating current, past and future delivery platforms and bespoke commercial specifications/formats.

Our technical authors and technical illustrators are ex-service and industry engineers with substantial experience covering all major engineering disciplines.  We bring together a unique blend of engineering expertise and technical authoring skills to ensure the delivered product meets the client’s requirements and is clear, concise, correct and complete.

Our experienced personnel are Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in their particular trade, able to create and deliver accurate operating and maintenance manuals for an equipment, product or client.  These include stand-alone paper based documentation, interactive electronic documentation (CD-RoM), integrated documentation (CSDB) and web based documentation.

Outsourcing to TMS can provide significant cost saving over in-house resources.  Peaks in work levels are absorbed by TMS and not in-house resources.  Alternatively TMS can take over your existing staff to retain expertise, keep an on-site presence, maintain continuity and minimise any risk to production, or all work can be carried out at our head office in Grantham, Lincolnshire or at one of our satellite offices in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, Harlow or Bristol.

TMS can provide a simple, single page TD for a coffee machine through to highly complex Interactive Electronic Technical Publications (IETP’s) for aircraft and Main Battle Tanks (MBTs).
