Technical Documentation Management and Distribution

TMS Support Solutions Ltd (TMS) can provide both a document management service and a worldwide distribution service.

Document Management

TMS currently manages the updating and amendment of over 1000 technical manuals for both the MoD and Prime Contractors.

These technical manuals cover a complete range of equipments from hand tools to quad bikes, cranes, bridges, various wheeled and tracked vehicles, in fact just about any type of equipment in use by the MoD.

Distribution

TMS distributes both paper and electronic copies of the technical documentation worldwide that we manage; for Urgent Operational Requirements (UORs) (a maximum of three working days to dispatch to purple gate or direct depending upon the recipients location) and a maximum of seven working days for initial issue of technical manuals if required by the Prime Contractors.  Note that Technical Documents On-Line (TDOL) hosts the technical manuals print masters and all print demands are normally dealt with via the equipment project teams.
