Who are we and why are we here?
We first started trading in 1991 as TMS Publications Limited providing technical documentation. Over the past 19 years we have since grown into one of the United Kingdom’s leading independent service providers of its kind, providing the ‘complete support package’ for any specialist equipment or system.
In order to meet our clients’ differing needs, we are made up of a unique team of over 70 specialists including; ILS analysts, trainers, technical authors, graphics staff, multimedia technicians, software developers and IT personnel ensuring we deliver you the highest possible standard right to your fingertips. Our head office is at Grantham, Lincolnshire, with two satellite sites at Newcastle and Harlow; all of which comply with the ISO 9001:2008 standard.
